Our Story
In 2019, we followed our homesteading dream, and it took us from a Southern California city existence to a dream-come-true farm life on our homestead in the hills of Washougal, WA.
Since we first started dating, we knew we wanted to grow food together. A shared passion for gardening morphed into a food-growing obsession and a strong desire for self-sustainability. One day the clouds parted, and we knew we had to make the jump to move our family to the Pacific Northwest, start a farm and raise our kids with a closer connection to the land.
Our farm is an ever-evolving attempt to live harmoniously with nature and create a permaculture homestead, whereas much of our family’s food as possible is grown, raised, or cultivated ourselves, and the impact of our farming is positive for the long-term health of the land.
We are thrilled to have a realized dream of the homesteading lifestyle and to be part of such an amazing community. Let us share the bounty of the homestead with you!
